Sample Review I

Passive income is a means of slow money. Passive income can be used to live a day to day life or used for entertainment purposes. I wouldn't recommend passive income as a source of dependable income for the following reasons:

  • Income is fluctuated
  • Income is highly sustained of consumers
  • Consumers change
  • Must consider relationships (ALL)
  • Its a hustle that requires your own investment
Since the publish of Over Labels, I generated $102.20 cash just from selling merchandise around the house. Included in my sell merchandise were adult clothes, children clothes, adult shoes, children shoes, and underaged children toys. I made $23.00 in store rebukes to shop the buyer's store I sold merchandise to. All merchandise sold were outgrown or no longer needed in my family.

Paid surveys is another passive income. I must warn you paid surveys will require patience and settlement. I advise patience because of the time required to revenue $1.00 of a 12 minute survey. So far, I have earned $1.00 cash from a survey received by mail for my consideration to complete the survey. Unfortunately, I was ineligible to complete the survey for a whopping $25.00 due to demographic disqualifications. I have received free samples, such as: Clorox Wipes, medicine cabinet must-haves, and a nice tote as well. Which in some aspect could be considered as payment. I advise settlement when participating in paid surveys to prevent burnout and paranoia. Some of the surveys are intense due to the type of questions included in the survey. A couple of months ago I enjoyed 1 weekend on the town just from perks of being an active customer.

After all that hustle I decided to be generous to cap off my hard work. I donated a large dresser, I donated clothing that was more than 5 years old, I introduced my online store, and I reopened my crafts studio. I have out done myself of good deeds.

Of course, Hand-Me-Down Consignment was inspired by my sells experience.

Tips
  • Only sell merchandise that are reusable.
  • Remember, your buyer is human too.
  • Merchandise that don't sell, donate.
  • Discuss merchandise to be sold to prevent sour relationships.
  • Create a monthly budget and goal for a category expense.
  • Consider where you sell your merchandise (Would you shop at this establishment without selling merchandise).
